El Dorado County Rate Hearing

Notice is hereby given that two public hearings
will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, by the El Dorado County
Board of Supervisors, which will be held at the
Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 330 Fair Lane, Building A,
Placerville, California. The public hearings will consider the
proposed request by El Dorado Disposal Service for an interim year rate
increase of 3.62%, and an additional 2.74% increase to cover the
remaining construction cost overages of the new Material Recovery
Facility, to be applied to Franchise Areas A, B, and C and the Material
Recovery Facility; to be effective July 1, 2025.
