If we are unable to service a street because of ice and snow the driver is to report it to dispatch. At that time dispatch will update the office. If a customer calls in we are to inform them that we will make another attempt the next day and get what we can. If a customer calls after that we will instruct customer to leave out extra the next service day free of charge up to their service level and how many service days missed. We urge our customers to try and keep their can or bin clear so the drivers are able to access. This will help insure that there will not be a delay in service.
